I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this is a transfer application which was lodged on 6 July 2001. Dealing number D2001SM005211R refers.
I am further informed that this application is associated with schedule V0000SM093235V. Queries issued in respect of this schedule on 23 April 2003 and the application cannot proceed until these queries have been satisfactorily resolved. However, I assure the Deputy that the matter is receiving attention in the Land Registry.

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this is an application for a land commission schedule which was lodged on 26 January 1986. Schedule number VO000SM093235V refers.
I am further informed that a query issued to the legal services division of the Department of Agriculture and Food on 23 April 2003 and that this application cannot proceed until this query has been satisfactorily resolved. However, I can assure the Deputy that on receipt of a satisfactory reply the matter will receive further attention in the Land Registry.
