146 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Transport the way in which it is proposed to deal with the heavy goods vehicle traffic unlikely to be able to utilise the port tunnel due to height restrictions; if such vehicles are to banned entirely; if this is in accordance with EU law and conditions laid down prior to construction; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
