I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this is an application for first registration which was lodged on 14 October 2002. Dealing Number D2002JS009273C refers. I am further informed that this application was completed on 19 May 2003.

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this is an application for first regis tration which was lodged initially on 15 January 2003 with further documentation forwarded and received 19 February 2003. Dealing Number D2003PS000658V refers. I understand that, due to the complicated nature of this type of application, which requires examination of an applicant's entitlement to the property concerned, it is not possible to estimate a date of completion at this time. However, I assure the Deputy that the dealing is receiving attention in the Land Registry.
