113 Mr. Stanton asked the Minister for Health and Children if his Department has made additional funding available or has sanctioned such funding to enable service providers to provide new and emergency services for children and adults with special needs; and if he will make a statement on the matter. With reference to services for people with intellectual disability or autism, discussions are taking place with the service providers in relation to a number of areas of particular concern in 2003, including emergency placements.
