372 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Health and Children if his attention has been drawn to the fact that the University College Hospital, Galway, is unable get copies of the patients' charter of rights for all health care institutions and has stated that there is a problem due to lack of availability; and if he will investigate the matter. Minister for Health and Children (Mr. Martin):

Some 350,000 copies of the patient charter were printed and distributed to hospitals, GPs and public libraries. Photocopies of the charter are available to all health care institutions.
