434 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Transport the number of locations at which the Luas line is over ground and travels on or crosses at busy intersections; if sufficient research has gone into likely traffic movement in the future; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [23415/03]

I wish to advise the Deputy that these operational issues are primarily matters for the public bodies involved, in particular, the Railway Procurement Agency. However, I will ask the RPA to consider the Deputy's concerns and to respond directly to him.
