Question:

286 Mr. Ferris asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will address the poor conditions for staff and patients in the coronary care unit at Tralee General Hospital (details supplied). [23959/03]

The provision of hospital services in County Kerry is a matter for the Southern Health Board. My Department has asked the chief executive officer of the board to investigate the matter raised by the Deputy and to reply directly to him.
