315 Mr. Noonan asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will meet a deputation of the Mid-Western Health Board at the earliest possible date in view of the fact that arrangements made for him to meet the board on 15 April and 29 April 2003 were cancelled; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [24254/03]

I met the Mid-Western Health Board on Monday, 23 June 2003 during the briefing sessions on the health reform programme. During the briefing a number of other issues which are of concern to the members of the Mid-Western Health Board were raised. I am aware that a request for another meeting has been received by my office and it is presently receiving consideration.
