255 Mr. O'Connor asked the Minister for the Environment Heritage and Local Government the position regarding the proposed house refurbishment programme for Cushlawn Park in Tallaght, Dublin 24; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [24351/03]
My Department gave approval to South Dublin County Council in July 2003 to undertake refurbishment work to a first phase of 100 houses in Cushlawn Park, Tallaght under my Department's remedial works scheme at an estimated cost of almost €2.8 million. It is understood from the county council that work has commenced on a number of houses.
