410 Mr. Cuffe asked the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources the changes that have been made in his Department's plans, programmes, policies and spending arising from the publication of the Government's national spatial strategy. [25433/03]
My Department's Statement of Strategy 2003 – 2005 places a strong emphasis on its contribution to national policy priorities, including the national spatial strategy. My Department's over-arching policy action in this regard is to ensure the consistency of its sectoral policies and programmes with balanced regional development objectives.
