567 Mr. Costello asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform further to Parliamentary Questions Nos. 388 and 403 of 8 April 2003, the steps he has taken to compile the information requested on the number of search warrants that have been sought and the number granted from district justices and peace commissioners; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The position is unchanged since my replies to Parliamentary Questions Nos. 388 and 403 of 8 April 2003, in that the information requested by the Deputy is not readily available and a disproportionate amount of Garda resources would be required to compile it.
