623 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform further to Parliamentary Question No. 173 of 23 October 2003, if he has perused the Courts Service annual report for 2002; the extent to which he has reached conclusions on foot of same; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Earlier this year, I was pleased to receive the annual report of the Courts Service, which charts the progress made in implementing the targets and objectives set out in the service's strategic plan and in other major policy documents. The report also contains court statistics. The report is an informative and useful publication which is of great benefit to the customers of the service and all those working in related areas.
