Billy Timmins

Question:

268 Mr. Timmins asked the Minister for Health and Children the position in relation to the case of a person (details supplied) in County Wicklow; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [25813/03]

Responsibility for the provision of services to persons with an intellectual disability and those with autism in the Wicklow region rests with the Eastern Regional Health Authority. My Department has asked the chief executive officer of the authority to investi gate the matter raised by the Deputy and reply to him directly.
