158 Cecilia Keaveney asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the position in relation to a Land Registry application for a person (details supplied) in County Donegal; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [25900/03]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the folio referred to by the Deputy was imaged in mid October 2003 as part of the document imaging programme being undertaken in the Land Registry, which means that the folio is now electronically available and can be accessed and printed by electronic access service account holders via the Internet.

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that these applications are two applications for a copy folio and file plan, which were lodged on 15 September 2003 and on 8 September 2003, respectively. Application Nos. C2003WS005158E and P2003WS202041B refer. I am further informed that both applications were completed on 23 October 2003.
