229 Mr. Neville asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when permission will be granted to complete the sale of a half acre site for dwelling by a person (details supplied) in County Limerick who is in receipt of farm retirement scheme payments. [26595/03]

Minister for Agriculture and Food (Mr. Walsh):

The person named has sought permission to dispose of a site measuring 2.827 acres. My Department's decision will be conveyed to her later this week.
