I move:
That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approve the report by the Minister for Defence pursuant to section 4 of the Defence (Amendment) Act 1993, which was laid before the Dáil on 4th November, 2003, be referred to the Select Committee on Justice, Equality, Defence and Women's Rights, in accordance with paragraph (1) of the Orders of Reference of that committee, which, not later than 16th December, 2003, shall send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 85, and Standing Order 84(2) shall accordingly apply.
