150 Mr. G. Mitchell asked the Minister for Finance if he will make a statement regarding the concerns of The Irish Association of Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus (details supplied) and that assistance will be given to them. [28172/03]
As the Deputy will be aware, the Government's spending plans for 2004 have already been announced with the publication of the Abridged Estimates Volume. Specific support programmes for people with disabilities are matters for individual Ministers to whom, I understand, the Deputy has addressed similar questions.
