306 Mr. Cuffe asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when a decision will be made on a case of a person (details supplied) who wishes to return here on the basis that they are married to a UK national who is living here. [29174/03]

The general immigration division of my Department has recently been in correspondence with the solicitor for the person concerned. On receipt of the documentation requested a decision will be made on the application.
