164 Mr. Kehoe asked the Minister for Health and Children if his attention has been drawn to the fact that the CAT scan machine only operates five days per week between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.; if he has plans to extend this service; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [29416/03]

The provision of services at Wexford General Hospital is a matter for the South Eastern Health Board. My Department has asked the chief executive officer of the board to investigate the matters raised by the Deputy and to reply directly to him.
