Question:191 Mr. Ellis asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if the Land Registry Office will now complete dealings on dealing numbers (details supplied) in County Leitrim. [29389/03]
Written Answers. - Registration of Title.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the details supplied by the Deputy relate to three applications for registration of a transmission of part, a transfer of part and a deed of exchange, which are interrelated. These applications are linked to a further three applications for registration.
I am further informed that these applications which, because they are interrelated must be dealt with at the same time, are receiving attention in the Land Registry and will be completed as soon as possible.
