I move:
That, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, the Financial Motions by the Minister for Finance shall be moved together and grouped for the purpose of debate as follows and the proceedings thereon, and on any amendments thereto, shall be brought to a conclusion by one question in the case of each group which shall be put from the Chair not later than the times indicated as follows:
(i) Resolutions Nos. 1 and 2 (60 minutes)
(ii) Resolutions Nos. 3 and 4 (60 minutes).
