Question:109 Dr. Upton asked the Minister for Health and Children if a person (details supplied) in Dublin 10 is entitled to a refund for orthodontic treatment; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [29605/03]

Responsibility for the provision of orthodontic treatment to eligible persons in Dublin 10 rests with the Eastern Regional Health Authority. My Department has asked the regional chief executive to investigate the matter raised by the Deputy and to reply to her directly.
