328 Ms McManus asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will re-examine an application by a person (details supplied) in Dublin 22 in respect of an application for a motorised transport grant, in view of the exceptional circumstances of this case. [29739/03]
The assessment of and entitlement to the motorised transport grant, including an appeal in a case, is a matter for the relevant health board. A copy of the Deputy's question has been forwarded to the regional chief executive officer of the Eastern Regional Health Authority with a request that he examine the matter and reply directly to her, as a matter of urgency.
