381 Mr. P. Breen asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will reconsider his decision on humanitarian grounds regarding a person (details supplied) in County Clare and extend his or her stay for a further six months; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [29736/03]

The general immigration division of my Department has recently been in correspondence with the person concerned. On receipt of the documentation requested from her the application will be re-examined.
