208 Mr. G. Mitchell asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will direct the South-Western Area Health Board or the Eastern Regional Health Authority to make up the shortfall of ?45,000 to pay home help persons in the Inchicore and Blubell areas of Dublin. [30243/03]

The provision of health services in this case is the responsibility of the ERHA. My Department has asked its chief executive officer to investigate the matter raised by the Deputy and to reply directly to him, as a matter of urgency.
