268 Aengus Ó Snodaigh asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the Government responsibilities in relation to the EU Common Area of Freedom, Security and Justice, and in relation to the Justice and Home Affairs Council when it assumes the EU Presidency in 2004. [31601/03]
