98 Mr. Timmins asked the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources the likely impact of the recent EU decision whereby Coillte Teoranta have to repay several million euro to the EU Commission; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [29220/03]
The judgment of the European Court of Justice is being considered in consultation with the Department's legal advisors. Repayment of grants and premia by Coillte to the EU Commission does not arise.
