211 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs when persons (details supplied) in County Mayo will be approved for a Gaeltacht house grant; if an official has called to assess this application; and when a decision will be made. [31786/03]

A grant of €5,100 has recently been sanctioned in this case and payment will be made when the work is completed and the conditions pertaining to the grant are fulfilled.
