That Dáil Éireann approves the following Order in draft:

Double Taxation Relief (Taxes on Income) (Adjustment of Profits of Associated Enterprises) (European Communities) Order, 2003.

a copy of which was laid before Dáil Éireann on 26th March, 2003.
