Vol. 605 No. 1

Order of Business (Resumed).

On a point of order, a Cheann Comhairle——

I will hear Deputy Gilmore on a point of order, but it better be a point of order.

What kind of threat is that?

It is a point of order. There is an official record of this House——

That is not a point of order, Deputy. It does not arise on the Order of Business.

You have not heard my question.

That matter has already been addressed by your leader, Deputy Rabbitte, and by Deputy Howlin and Deputy Durkan. Deputy Gilmore, we are not spending the day discussing frivolous points of order.

It is not frivolous for two Ministers to come in here and mislead the House.

It is not a point of order, Deputy.

This is outrageous.

The Chair has ruled on the matter.

Is it frivolous?

It is not a frivolous matter.
