Before proceeding with the Order of Business, I wish on my own behalf and on behalf of the Members of Dáil Éireann to offer céad míle fáilte, a most sincere welcome, to a delegation of parliamentarians from the Ivory Coast. I express the confident hope that this visit will increase the co-operation and friendship that exists between our countries and that it will be to our mutual benefit.
