I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 32 to raise a matter of national importance, namely, the unrealistic rise of 40% in school transport charges which will adversely affect parents and pupils and place an untenable burden on families half way through the school year.
Having considered the matter, it is not in order under Standing Order 32.
