I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 21 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Joe Costello — the need to update the Misuse of Drugs Act 1977 to ensure multiple sclerosis patients can avail of best treatment under medical prescription; (2) Deputy Dan Neville — the funding of the provisions of A Vision for Change; and (3) Deputy Kathleen Lynch — the circumstances in which confidential medical records of patients at two Cork hospitals were found dumped near Glounthaune, County Cork.
