That Dáil Éireann approves the terms of the Partnership and Co-operation Agreement between the European Communities and their Member States, of the one part, and Turkmenistan, of the other part, signed at Brussels on 25th May, 1998, which was laid before Dáil Éireann on 22nd January, 2009."
