National Archives (Amendment) Bill 2009: First Stage.

I move:

That leave be granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to amend the National Archives Act 1986 by providing for the transfer to the National Archives of departmental records which are more than 15 years old; and to provide for related matters.
