I move:
That notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders or the order of the Dáil today, the sitting shall be suspended on the conclusion of the Topical Issue debate; and Private Members' Business, which shall be No. 29, motion re the community and voluntary sector, shall be taken at 6 p.m. and, if not previously concluded, be brought to a conclusion after 90 minutes.
