I move:
That the General Scheme of the Houses of the Oireachtas (Inquiries, Privileges and Procedures) Bill 2012 be referred to the Committee on Procedure and Privileges, and to the sub-Committee on Privileges of the Committee on Procedure and Privileges, as appropriate, for scrutiny, with particular reference to those parts of the Bill coming within the functions of those committees.
