I move:
That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approves the following Regulations in draft:
Social Welfare Consolidation Act 2005 (Specified Bodies) Regulations 2019,
a copy of which was laid in draft form before Dáil Éireann on 24th June, 2019, be referred to the Joint Committee on Employment Affairs and Social Protection, in accordance with Standing Order 84A(4)(k), which, not later than 10th July, 2019, shall send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 90, and Standing Order 89(2) shall accordingly apply.
