Ábhair Shaincheisteanna Tráthúla - Topical Issue Matters

I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 37 and the name of the Member in each case: Deputy David Stanton - to discuss deterring or delaying the move from daylight saving time to winter time this year to support energy saving. Deputy Jennifer Murnane O'Connor - to discuss whether funding from the Arts Council for a gallery will be extended to its in-house theatre. Deputy Bernard J. Durkan - to discuss the protection of the rights of the child in the course of any legal proceedings Deputy Mattie McGrath - to discuss the lack of gardaí in the Clonmel district. Deputy Emer Higgins - to discuss the progress on delivering new school buildings or extensions or both for schools in Dublin Mid-West. Deputy Donnchadh Ó Laoghaire - to discuss a response to the consultation with survivors of institutional abuse. Deputy Kieran O'Donnell - to discuss plans to address the need for a further primary school in the high-growth area of Castletroy, Limerick. Deputy Matt Carthy - to discuss publishing the review committed to under Housing for All completed in November 2021. The matters raised by Deputies Emer Higgins, Matt Carthy, Mattie McGrath and Jennifer Murnane O'Connor have been selected for discussion.
