Ábhair Shaincheisteanna Tráthúla - Topical Issue Matters

I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 37 and the name of the Member in each case:

Deputies Rose Conway-Walsh and Pauline Tully - to discuss oversight and accountability of individualised care services at Western Care Association.

Deputy Thomas Gould - to discuss social housing maintenance and the voids programme.

Deputy Gary Gannon - to discuss air quality in central Dublin.

Deputy Matt Carthy - to discuss the 2023 funding allocation for N2 road projects.

Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív - to discuss the need to connect all remaining properties dependent on private sources for water to a public water system operated by Uisce Éireann.

Deputy Darren O'Rourke - to discuss funding for capital works projects at O'Carolan College, Nobber, County Meath, and Ratoath Junior National School, Ratoath, County Meath.

Deputy David Stanton - to discuss the need to provide transport to disability services such as day services.

Deputy Jim O'Callaghan - to discuss the delay in commencing construction work on Harold's Cross Educate Together Secondary School, Sandymount Park Educate Together Secondary School and Shellybanks Educate Together National School.

Deputy Danny Healy-Rae - to discuss the need to increase the funding granted to connect 46 houses and commercial premises in Old Killarney Village and 22 houses in Birch Hill Estate, which was provided to decommission three existing treatment plants.

Deputy Pa Daly - to discuss the preservation works required in Uragh Wood, County Kerry.

Deputy Michael McNamara - to discuss the need to review the changes in the nitrates derogation.

Deputies Eoin Ó Broin and Mark Ward - to discuss the need to urgently release funding for the new-build at Holy Family Secondary School, Rathcoole, County Dublin.

Deputies Charles Flanagan and Brian Stanley - to discuss the need to advance approval for the new Kolbe Special School at Portlaoise, County Laois.

Deputy Christopher O'Sullivan - to discuss funding for Cancer Connect in Cork.

Deputy Martin Browne - to discuss the progress being made on getting housing developments with developer provided infrastructure in Tipperary taken in charge.

Deputy Richard Boyd Barrett - to discuss the postponement of 58 schools building projects and the impact on Gaelscoil Phadraig in Loughlinstown.

The matters raised by Deputies Rose Conway-Walsh and Pauline Tully, Danny Healy-Rae, Gary Gannon, and Charles Flanagan and Brian Stanley have been selected for discussion.
