I move:
That Dáil Éireann, in accordance with a Resolution of the Dáil of 22nd February, 2022, agrees that the report of the Citizens' Assembly on Biodiversity Loss, copies of which were laid before Dáil Éireann on 31st March, 2023, be referred to the Joint Committee on Environment and Climate Action in accordance with Standing Order 95(2)(b), to consider the recommendations contained therein; and that the Committee be instructed to report thereon to Dáil Éireann by 31st December, 2023.
