I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 37 and the name of the Member in each case:

Deputy Jennifer Whitmore - to discuss urgent temporary accommodation needs for Blessington Community College and Temple Carrig School, Greystones.

Deputy Pádraig Mac Lochlainn - to discuss the allocation of funding to schools with a large intake of students from refugee or asylum-seeking families post September.

Deputy Bernard J. Durkan - to discuss the activities of investment fund managers and the impact this might have on vulnerable borrowers.

Deputy Alan Dillon - to discuss policy and delivery of modular school accommodation.

Deputy Jennifer Murnane O'Connor - to discuss the provision of an injury clinic in Carlow.

Deputy Pa Daly - to discuss accessibility issues with the new assisted decision-making process and the changes it has made to power of attorney.

Deputy Donnchadh Ó Laoghaire - to discuss the current crime prevention resources available in Mahon, Cork.

Deputy David Stanton - to discuss the need to adjust the cost-rental tenant in situ scheme.

Deputy Thomas Gould - to discuss the process of the resource allocation group in filling prescriptions for vital medical equipment for children in community healthcare organisation, CHO, 4.

Deputy Pat Buckley - to discuss the European Ombudsman response to the proposed closure of Owenacurra Centre in Midleton, County Cork.

The matters raised by Deputies Jennifer Whitmore, Pádraig Mac Lochlainn, Bernard J. Durkan and Thomas Gould have been selected for discussion.
