Ábhair Shaincheisteanna Tráthúla - Topical Issue Matters

I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 37 and the name of the Member in each case:

Deputy Marc MacSharry - To discuss the practice of providing higher social supports to those who arrived in Ireland under the temporary protection directive than applicants for international protection.

Deputy Marian Harkin - To provide a timeframe for the construction of the new renal dialysis unit in Sligo University Hospital.

Deputy Christopher O'Sullivan - To discuss wastewater treatment issues in Dunmanway.

Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív - To discuss the need to ensure there are sufficient dentists in the scheme to provide dental services to medical card holders in County Galway.

Deputy Donnchadh Ó Laoghaire - To discuss the need for a school bus for the Douglas area in Cork city.

Deputy Mairéad Farrell - To discuss the sustainability of early childhood care and education at An Crann Taca in Indreabhán, County Galway.

Deputy Martin Browne - To discuss the planned move to franchise Tipperary town post office.

Deputies Pearse Doherty, Pádraig Mac Lochlainn - To discuss the announced closure of counselling services in Donegal by Raphoe Diocesan Pastoral Centre.

The matters raised by Deputies Marc MacSharry, Martin Browne, Christopher O'Sullivan and Joan Collins have been selected for discussion.
