Members are requested to ensure that for the duration of the meeting, their phones are turned off completely or turned to airplane, safe or flight mode. It is not sufficient for members to put their phones on silent as this maintains a level of interference with the broadcasting system.
Members have been furnished with the draft minutes of the private meeting held last week. I will deal with these at the end of the meeting in private session, together with correspondence received, including the Minister's response to our letter on marts.
