Ba mhaith liom an Teachta Peadar de Paor a mholadh mar Chathaoirleach an choiste seo. I nominate Deputy Peter Power to be Chairman of this committee. I have served with him on the Oireachtas Committee on Justice, Equality, Defence and Women's Rights and I am familiar with his legal knowledge and leadership skills which will be a decided asset in the deliberations of this committee and the important work it must carry out.
