In accordance with Standing Order 85, the following message will be sent to the Dáil:
The Joint Committee on Communications, Marine and Natural Resources has completed its consideration of the motion that Dáil Éireann approve the following orders in draft: (i) Regional Fisheries Boards (Postponement of Elections) Order 2005, copies of which were laid before Dáil Éireann on 17 November 2005, and (ii) Fisheries (Miscellaneous Commercial Licences) (Alteration of Duties) Order 2005, copies of which were laid before Dáil Éireann on 18 November 2005.
In accordance with Standing Order 67, the following message will be sent to the Seanad:
The Joint Committee on Communications, Marine and Natural Resources has completed its consideration of the motion that Seanad Éireann approve the following orders in draft: (i) Regional Fisheries Boards (Postponement of Elections) Order 2005, and (ii) Fisheries (Miscellaneous Commercial Licences) (Alteration of Duties) Order 2005, copies of which were laid before Seanad Éireann on 22 November 2005.
The joint committee adjourned at 2.50 p.m. sine die.
