COM (2011) 926 is a proposal for a Council decision on the conclusion of the exchange of letters between the European Union, of the one part, and the State of Israel, of the other part, amending the annexes to Protocols 1 and 2 of the Euro-Mediterranean Agreement establishing an association between the European Communities and member states of the one part and the State of Israel of the other part. It is proposed that these proposals warrant no further scrutiny. Is that agreed. Agreed.
