As we have a quorum of six members, including at least one TD and one Senator, I call the meeting to order. I advise members that they must switch off their mobile telephones. RTE has indicated to the Houses of the Oireachtas that if interference is caused by mobile telephones, it will not cover any part of the proceedings.
