The second item on the agenda is the election of a Vice Chairman. Standing Order 92 provides that as soon as may be after the election of a Chairman, every committee shall elect one of its members to be Vice Chairman. I now call for nominations to that post.

As there are no other nominations, I declare Deputy Michael McGrath elected as Vice Chairman of the committee and look forward to working with him in the years ahead.
