On a point of order, the agenda as circulated is not acceptable because it suggests a discussion on overseas development aid in private session.
I was surprised at that. I think it was a slip of the hand somewhere. We can discuss it in public session.
I wanted to raise the matter now rather than later.
It will be a reasonably brief discussion. We will have a full discussion on the matter on the Estimates. This is an opportunity to discuss what has happened since our last meeting and to hear people's views.
There are a number of substantial points that have to be made.
